amplelife Teen Leadership
amplelife’s Teen Leadership Training 3 day is a unique motivational and personal effectiveness workshop for teenagers (14-17 years old) who are dedicated to achieving extraordinary results in their lives.
This training will give teens an opportunity to find out what keeps them from fully achieving their maximum capabilities through identifying their self-imposed limiting beliefs of “I’m not: strong enough, smart enough, talented enough, confident enough, good enough, etc.). Upon discovering the limiting beliefs they are empowered to redesign their belief pattern to pursue their dreams, passions and goals with sense of freedom. They are given the opportunity to take the powerful tools learned from the training to establish a new outlook on life in every domain that they will use forever.

Training Schedule
Day 1- Teens are given a foundation and understanding of what the next 3 days will be about. They are given the ground rules for the training and are given the opportunity to make the choice to participate.
Day 2- A variety of games, lectures, role playing and experiential exercises take place amongst the teens that gives an empowering opportunity to each teen to confront and breakthrough many of the issues, fears and limiting beliefs they face in their lives. There is a support network of the staff, trainer and fellow participants.
Day 3- Team building/ Team work is stressed on day 3 through games, role playing, lectures and experiential exercises. The teens create a game plan for their immediate and long term future for goals that are specific and measurable all in the while getting coaching and identifying clearly on what it will take to accomplish them.
What’s Next (Optional)
The teens will have a support network of each other (fellow participants and staff) to create gatherings with in a team building dynamic (Monthly get-togethers, Charity Fundraising Events, etc.) They will have the opportunity to come back and coach/ staff the next teen training in their area.
